At The Horeb Food Company, we are committed to providing high-quality meals and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Returns & Refunds

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with a photo of the item and your order details.

Non-Perishable Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective non-perishable product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
